2muse has been selected to be among the first group of digital music industry companies granted tenancy in the new government sponsored Shanghai National Music Industry Park.

2muse, China’s premier music streaming provider for business, is one of a select group of companies in the digital music sector to be granted tenancy in the new Shanghai National Music Industry Park. The complex, operated under the auspices of the Chinese Ministry of Culture, was created to provide a secure business environment for Chinese and international companies and artists, while nurturing the development of the digital licensing industry in China.

“2muse is happy to join with other companies and artists dedicated to advancing the digital licensing industry in China”, says Edmund Qi, CEO of 2muse. “Our new offices in the National Music Industry Park place us squarely in the center of this rapidly growing industry”, added Qi. The new Shanghai National Music Industry Park features a mix of office, retail, studio, and performance space, and state of the art IT infrastructure.
2muse offers a music programming, delivery, and royalty accounting system that is fully licensed by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, and is a lead partner in digital music legalization initiatives throughout the country. 2muse is currently deployed in select stores in Shanghai and Beijing, and is in negotiations with several large chain store groups as part of its strategy to bring the system to storefronts throughout the Chinese mainland.
